What comes in the box?
Each order includes the HushBand device with its adjustable band, a USB charging cable, and a user manual, exactly as shown in the packaging photo.
How do I wear it?
Place the band comfortably around the neck and jaw area before you go to sleep, then adjust it so it feels secure without pressure. The design is thin rather than rigid and has no loose wires.
How does it work?
HushBand detects snoring while you sleep and responds with gentle vibration pulses. It is a comfort product for quieter nights, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
How do I charge and clean it?
Recharge it with the included USB cable and wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the device in water.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked delivery normally takes 6–9 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, customs, weather, and peak periods may take longer.
Can I return my order?
We do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with photos so we can assess a free replacement.
